David R. Phillips, 60, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at his home.  He was born February 26, 1961 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Allen and Julie Moneski Phillips.

David was a former maintenance man for Nichols Bakery and a Catholic by faith.

David enjoyed playing cards and board games.  He also loved to watch movies and his music.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Allen Phillips, Tommy Phillips and Jimmy Phillips.

Surviving are a son, Joseph Phillips of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Amanda (Andrew) Greene of Columbus, Ohio; his former wife, Connie Janiszewski Phillips of Blaine, Ohio; a brother, Mike (Dee) Phillips of Elm Grove, West Virginia; a sister, Bonnie Bachman of Wheeling, West Virginia.

As per his wishes, no visitation of services are planned.
