David Lee Grum, 85, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital. He was born August 31, 1939, in Bannock, Ohio, son of the late Frances Grill Grum and Frank F. Grum.

David was a retired Director of Belmont County Water & Sewer for over 30 years. He was a member of the Ohio Valley Cattlemen's Association and Farm Bureau. He was a livestock farmer and producer and a Presbyterian by faith.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Tudor.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Markham Grum; son, David E. Grum; two stepchildren, Jeri Lollini and David Lollini; and eight grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Friday at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jeffrey Croft officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
