Daniel Yoby, 77, of Morristown, OH passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at his home.  He was born February 1, 1945, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Paul Yoby, Sr. .and Evelyn Anthony Yoby.

Dan was retired from Saginaw Mine and Belcoworks. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the American Legion Post 159 and the VFW Post 5356 in St. Clairsville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Yoby, Jr.

Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years, Susan Gibas Yoby of Morristown, OH; his children, Mark (Vicki) Yoby of St. Clairsville, OH and Kim Yoby of Morristown, OH; foster sons, Wayne (Eva) Foughty of Dade City, FL and Elvis Stevens of Glencoe, OH; sister, Kathy (Randy) Murdock of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Corey Yoby and Chyann Yoby.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Friday at 1 pm with Pastor Robert Merritt officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Morristown with full military honors conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
