Obituary
Kilgore, Dan Reed, 70 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on November 23, 1939 a son of the late Emory B. and Martha Reed Kilgore.
Dan was a retired Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor from the Wheeling office of the West Virginia Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Wheeling.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dan is survived by his wife, Ellen Hostetler Kilgore; daughters, Christine Kilgore McKee (Timothy) of Eaton, Ohio and Elizabeth Kilgore of Brooklyn, NY; sisters and brother, Sue Havelka (Frank) of St. Clairsville, Betty Foster (Bob) of Wheeling, Emory "Buck" Kilgore (Trudy) of Florida and Dona Craig (Ralph) of Wheeling; grandsons, Paul Edward McKee and Joseph Daniel McKee.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Mark Seitz officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
