Constance Jane Baker, 86, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at Country Club Rehabilitation Campus, Bellaire Ohio. She was born December 10, 1937, in Bridgeport, Ohio, a daughter of the late Cecil Rose and Catherine Coleman Rose.

Constance was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Baker in 2019; two sisters, Phyllis East and Pricilia Beavon.

She is survived by her children, Keith (Kim) Baker of Flushing, Ohio, Dean (Tamra) Baker of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Leigh (Glenn) Bratton of Belmont, Ohio; six grandchildren, Angela Mosby, Brandon Bratton, Wesley Bratton, Luke Baker, Cheyenne Calovini, and Emily Calovini; six great-grandchildren, Ashdon Bratton, Leo Baker, Elijah Mosby, Kaleia Pitts, Brantley Myers, and Easton Applegarth; one brother, Allen (Joan) Rose; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating. Burial will follow in High Ridge Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
