Connie Louise Palmer, 62, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024, at Liza's Place, Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born September 7, 1961, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Cecil Adams and Martha Hicks Adams.

Connie was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed reading her Bible, bowling, puzzles and cross-stitching. But most of all, her favorite thing was spending quality time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Richard Palmer, daughter, Ashley (Bobby) Slevin, a brother, Thomas (Shelli) Adams, and one niece, Becca Adams.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 -7 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville. Burial will take place at East Ashland Golden Oak Memorial Gardens at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
