Obituary
Connie M. Seese Carrel, 59, of Belmont, Ohio died January 3, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born September 2, 1956 daughter of the late Arnold McDoyle Seese and Virginia Pearl McHenry Seese.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Gene Carrel of Belmont; a sister, Carol Meeks of St. Marys, WV and a brother, Gary Seese of Parkersburg, WV; five children and nine grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 3 p.m. until time of Service at 5:30 p.m. with Rev. Ray Benesh officiating.
Committal Service and burial will be at Pleasant Memorial Estates Cemetery in Belmont, WV on Thursday at 1 p.m.
