Clifford Daniel Stack, Jr., age 63, of Belmont, died Saturday, September 11, 2004 at his home. He was born August 31, 1941 at Willow Grove, Ohio, son of Mildred V. Kasik Stack and the late Clifford D. Stack, Sr.

He was a retired employee from Marietta Coal Company and a member of Bannock United Methodist Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Amy and an infant grandson, Hunter.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Mildred V. Stack of St. Clairsville, are his wife, Nancy Herbert Stack; a daughter, Cristi Kalinowski of Belmont; a son, Clifford "Dan" Stack, III and his wife Jennifer of Belmont; five grandchildren, John Gerdau, Amy Kalinowski, Billy, Cortney and Brittany Stack; a brother, David Stack of St. Clairsville and a sister, Oralee Johnson of Indiana.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Calvin L. Sigmon officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
