Clara Loretta "Sis" (Kelly) Brooks, 81 of Dover Church Road, Jacobsburg, Ohio died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus.

She was born at Bellaire, Ohio on August 6, 1925 a daughter of the late Willis John Kelly and Clara Loretta Jacobs Kelly.

Sis was a retired home care provider and a Methodist by faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers George, Willis and Francis Kelly and a sister, Mary Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Brooks; brothers Robert Kelly of Massachusetts and John Kelly of Bellaire; a sister Ivy Griner of Powhatan Point; a niece and nephew, Ivy L. Griner and Kelly John Griner; great nieces and nephew Ivy Stewart, Dicey Stewart and Paden Stewart.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Darla Schnegg officiating. Burial will follow in the Armstrong Cemetery at Armstrongs Mills, Ohio.
