Cindy Lou Graham, 47 formerly of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Sunday October 5, 2008 in Gerrardstown, West Virginia.

She was born October 21, 1960 in Bellaire, a daughter of Blaine F. Graham and the late Lucy Graham.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Sue Graham; and son-in-law, William Shipe.

Surviving in addition to her father of Jacobsburg, are two daughters, Jessica (Scott) Sargent of Cutler, Ohio, and Tabitha Shipe of Bellaire; step mother, Micki Graham of Jacobsburg; a brother, Tony Graham of St. Clairsville; a sister, Teresa (Brian) Mellott of Gerrardstown, WV.; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg with Pastor Darla Schnegg officiating.
