Cynthia Lou "Cindy" Funkhouser, 69, of Belmont Ohio passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born May 30, 1955 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clarence Guy "Bud" and Mary Lou Day Baker, Jr.

Cindy was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.  She enjoyed crocheting, reading, needlepoint and being outside enjoying mother nature.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Jo Baker and Bruce Alan Baker.

Surviving are her husband, Carl Ernest Funkhouser, Jr.; a son, Carl Ernest "Ernie" Funkhouser, III; a brother, Clarence Guy "Butch" (Pam) Baker; two sisters-in-law, Roxanne Baker and Glenda Baker; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio with funeral services on Friday at 11 am with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating.  Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
