Chloe Lynn Lovell, 4, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born July 6, 2017 in Wheeling, a daughter of Lisa Bumgardner Underwood and Christopher Lovell.

She was preceded in death by great-grandfathers, Charles Lent, Harold Bartnicki and Gerald Usenick; a grandmother, Annette Jones.

Surviving are her parents, Lisa and Christopher Underwood of St. Clairsville and Christopher and Ashlee Lovell of Bridgeport, OH; siblings, Christopher Bumgardner, Landon Meager, Christopher Lovell, Lexus Lovell, Laci lovell, Kyler McGarry; grandparents, Dave and Rachelle Usenick of Blaine, OH and Robert Bumgardner of Bethesda, OH; two great grandmothers, Carolyn Lent and Mary Usenick, two aunts, Samantha Myers, Teresa Cole; three uncles, Jesse Myers, Brandon Bartnicki, Derrick Usenick.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-6 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with funeral services at 6 pm with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating.  Final arrangements at the convenience of the family.
