Trixie Faye "Chick" Frye, 62 of Key Ridge, Bellaire died Sunday, February 23, 2003 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling. She was born September 23, 1940 in Limestone, WV., a daughter of the late Don F. Burkey and Rosa Hill Burkey.

She was a member of Church Alive at Key Ridge.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Myrtle Burkey Andrews and Joann Burkey Eyler; three brothers, Paul David Burkey, Donald Burkey and Arch Burkey.

Surviving are a son, Bobby Frye, Jr. of Key Ridge; a daughter, Deborah Frye Johnson of Bellaire; a brother, Robert L. Burkey of Cameron; five sisters, Mary Burkey Cunningham of Moundsville, Beatrice Burkey Coffield of Mt. Olivet, Rosalie Burkey Clark of Cameron, Clara Burkey Fonner of Triadelphia, and Evelyn Burkey Williams of Glen Easton; two grandsons, Anthony Warner and Jesse Johnson; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg where services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday with Pastor Jeff Lewis officiating.
