HORNBECK, Cheryl L. "Sherry", 52, of St. Clairsville, died February 16, 2013 at her home.
She was born on November 30, 1960 in Canton, Ohio daughter of Shirley L. Cross Amos and the late Carl William Amos.
Sherry was an employee of Rescare. She enjoyed garage and yard sales, finding collectibles, gardening and flowers. She also loved her dog, Stitch.
Surviving are children, Chad (Hayley) Hornbeck of Barnesville, Christy Hornbeck and boyfriend Mike of St. Clairsville and Erik (Mandy) Hornbeck of Bellaire; her mother, Shirley L. Butler; stepfather, Wesley Butler; two grandchildren, Baylee and Peyton Hornbeck and a grandchild expected in May; a sister, Kathy Amos of Canton; two brothers, Dave and Bob Amos both of Canton; and a niece, Ashley (Tim) Beatty of Canton.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery, New Athens.
