Charlotte Roberta Kurucz, 82, of St. Clairsville, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born October 5, 1935 in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harold and Florence Armann McMahon.
Charlotte was a homemaker, a member of Fairpoint Polish Club and a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Andrew Peter Kurucz; two sons, Andrew Joseph Kurucz and Michael Lee Kurucz; three brothers, Theodore Buddy Snedeker, Richard McMahon, and James McMahon; four sisters, Frances Klee, Esther Vannest, Ruth McMahon and Delora Pruitt.
Surviving are her five children, Tina (Fred) Holub of St. Clairsville, Diana Dillon of St. Clairsville, Ruth Biggerstaff of Follansbee, WV, David (Susan) Kurucz of St. Clairsville and Kevin Kurucz of St. Clairsville; seven grandchildren, Fred Michael Holub, Alexandra Holub, Ryan Dillon, Justin Dillon, Andy Handley, Robert Biggerstaff and Danny Biggerstaff; three great grandchildren, Jacek Handley, Carter Biggerstaff and Kylee Dillon; and a brother, Bernard McMahon.
Friends and family will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 p.m. until time of services at 6 p.m. with Pastor Rodney Hubbs officiating.
