Charlotte Irene Kidd, 95, died Saturday, September, 24, 2016, at Darby Glenn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hilliard, Ohio. She was born April 18, 1921 in Flushing, Ohio, the daughter of the late John W. and Anna Karkula Klayko.

In addition to her husband, Richard C. Kidd, whom she married in May, 1943, she was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Annabel Hornik; brothers, John, Henry and Fred Klayko.

Charlotte and her family were long time Belmont County, Ohio residents. She was a graduate of Franklin High School, New Athens, Ohio. She loved flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her son, Cale (Marcy) Kidd of Plain City, Ohio; her daughter, Linda (Bill) Cesa of North Ridgeville, Ohio; her son, Rich (Cathy) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; two grandsons, Rick Kidd (Tim Brendle) of Charleston, South Carolina, and Mark (Tricia) Kidd of Plain City, Ohio; two granddaughters, Erin (Zechariah) David of Massillon, Ohio and Christine Bonnett (fiancé, Roy Malone) of St. Clairsville, Ohio; great grandchildren, Karley and Kyle Kidd, of Plain City, Sawyer Bonnett of St. Clairsville and Charlotte David of Massillon; her brother, Lewis Klayko; her sister-in-law, Mary Kidd, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 1 P.M. until time of Memorial Service at 2 P.M. conducted by her nephew, Jake Kidd.

Private interment was held at Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove at the convenience of the family.
