Charlotte Ann Glasgow, 66, of Shadyside, Ohio died June 4, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital while surrounded by her loving husband, Marty Glasgow, her granddaughter, Deanna, her sister, Kathy, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tony and Susie, nephew, Jeff and his wife Melissa, a niece, Shana, and her lifelong friend, Vicky. She will be greatly missed and will share many happy memories with great granddaughter, Charley Rae.

Private Services held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
