It is with great sadness that the family of Charles A. "Chuck" Vickers, Jr. of Bellaire, Ohio announces his passing on July 8, 2018, at the age of 59, from an incurable bone/blood cancer.

He was born March 14, 1959 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of Margaret and John "Jack" Bailey and the late Charles Vickers, Sr.

Chuck was a truck driver and mechanic currently employed at Stingray Logistics in St. Clairsville. He was a Christian and attended the Church of Christ in St. Joe, Ohio.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Russell and Jane Davis; paternal grandparents, George and Beulah Vickers; and a brother, Doug Bailey.

Charles will be lovingly remembered by his wife Terri; his parents, Margaret and John "Jack" Bailey; his daughters, Alisa Blosser and Kimberly Vickers; grandchildren, Wyatt, Brendan, Zoey, Braydon, and Annabelle; sister, Nettie (Ernest) Hartung; brothers, Greg (Jodi) Vickers and Shaun (Katie) Bailey; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Nikki, Emily, Madison, and Zach; great nieces and nephews, Hannah, Danielle, Kristen, Sarah, Mason, Jack, AJ, and Ayden.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from Noon until time of service at 3 p.m. with Ministers Paul Marty and Brad Schrum officiating.
