Charles M. Rosen, II, 55, of Clarington, Ohio, died Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.  He was born June 11, 1966, in Bellaire, OH., a son of Charles M. Rosen, Sr. and Sandra Kay Palmer Johnson.

Charles was a mechanic and built Rosen Enterprises and a Christian by faith.  He was a devoted husband and father.  He had a love for arrowhead hunting and doing many activities with his family and beloved wife.

Preceding him in death was his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra L. Ruschak Rosen of Clarington; his parents, Charles (Donna) Rosen, Sr. of Powhatan Point, OH; Sandra Kay Palmer Johnson of Clarington; his children, Seth Rosen of Jerusalen, OH., Scott Ruschak of Clarington and Franklin (Brooke) Bauer of Powhatan Point; a sister, Sonya (Fred) Dierkes of Nashport, OH; seven grandchildren, Nevaeh, Jason, Allena, Declan, Claira, Lilah and William.

Friends will be received on Friday from 1 pm until time of funeral services at 3 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, OH with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Armstrong Cemetery, Armstrongs Mills.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
