Charles Otho "Charlie" Martin, III, 71 of Maynard, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, Ohio.  He was born October 15, 1953, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a son of the late Emma Shutlack and Charles O. Martin, Jr.

Charlie was the retired owner/operator of Martin's Heating & Cooling in Weirton, West Virginia and a member of Maynard Sportsman's Club.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher M. Martin; a daughter, Jennifer Martin.

Surviving are his sisters, Vicki Kuthy of St. Clairsville, Mary Martha Holmes of Rising Sun, Maryland, Terri Martin of Royal Front, Virginia and Lori Champion of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

As per his wishes, no visitation or services are planned.
