Charles Vincent "Buck" Maloney, 90, of Jacobsburg, Ohio died on his birthday, March 17, 2021 at Cumberland Pointe Care Center, St. Clairsville.

He was born March 17, 1931 in Shadyside, Ohio, a son of the late David and Trese Hoffman Maloney.

Buck was a retired employee of First Energy Ohio Edison Power Plant and he was a member of Jacobsburg United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris E. Neff Maloney; a daughter, Leonoir Snyder; and a sister, Margaret Clark.

Buck is survived by four children, Beverly Skelton, Nancy Campbell, Vicki Maloney, and Charles "Chuck" (Brenda) Maloney; a son-in-law, Jerry Snyder; two sisters, Madelyn Hinsvark and Bernadine King; grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Honoring Buck's wishes, there will be no visitation or public services.  A private graveside service in Jacobsburg Cemetery will be held for the immediate family only. Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
