Charles W. Fulton, 85 of Warnock, Ohio died Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at his home.
He was born July 15, 1920 in Warnock. A son of the late James Moffett Fulton and Martha Hensley Fulton.
Charles was a retired farmer and former employee of Evick Construction in St. Clairsville. A member and Elder of the Warnock Community Church, a Marine Corp veteran of WWII, Trustee of the Warnock Cemetery Association, and a life member of DAV # 117 in Bellaire.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, James and George Fulton; sisters, Mary Margaret Briner, Anna Lee Shiflet, and Janet Kilgore.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Psait Fulton; two sons, Lynn Fulton and his wife Rita, and Kelly Fulton and his wife Kathy of Warnock; brothers, William Fulton of West Milford, New Jersey and Albert Fulton of Warnock; sisters, Martha Stebbens of York, Pennsylvania, and Laura Wigert of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday with Rev. Diane Jefchak officiating. Burial follows in Warnock Cemetery.
