Obituary
Cecil E. Workman, 77 of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born at Bellaire, Ohio March 16, 1930 a son of the late Charles C. and Hilda S. Workman.
Cecil was a disabled American Veteran of the Korean War and a member of East Richland Friends Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Ann and brothers Floyd and Charles "Onnie" Workman.
He is survived by a brother, Richard Workman of Jacobsburg, Ohio and sisters, Dorothy Flowers of Dothan Alabama; Martha Lee Heath of Centerville, Ohio and JoEtta Angel of Obetz, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. Burial will follow in Belmont Ridge Cemetery, Beallsville, Ohio.
