Woods, Catherine Marie, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, February 27, 2009 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born October 16, 1931 in Barton, Ohio, daughter of the late Louis and Eva Savage Biggs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Woods; a daughter, Cathy Lynn Woods; two sisters, Louise Pempek and Betty Brodzenski; two brothers, Louis Biggs Jr. and Robert Biggs.

Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Ann Woods of St. Clairsville; three sons, William Woods of Fairpoint, Ohio, David Woods and Robert Woods both of Edgewater, Maryland; six grandchildren, Jason Woods, Brandon Cain, Charlie Woods, Jessica Woods, Jed Woods and Jared Woods; three sisters, Delores Smith of Stow, Ohio, Patricia McGary of Adena, Ohio and Alice Klempton of Dillonvale, Ohio; two brothers, Fred Biggs of Wheeling, West Virginia and Tom Biggs of Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangement handled by Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
