Obituary
Catherine Lucille Villaverde, 72, of Farmington, CT passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, August 28, 2016.
Born in Fredericksburg, VA, daughter of the late William D. and Virginia (Perry) Gallahan. Beloved wife of the late Manuel A. Villaverde, MD, she spent most of her life raising her four children in St. Clairsville, OH. In 2008, she and her husband moved to Simsbury, CT to be closer to their grandchildren.
She leaves a son Ramon Villaverde and his wife Priya of Columbus, OH; three daughters Angela Bautista and her husband Freddie of Simsbury, CT, Danielle Shultz of Oxford MD, and Nicole Howe and her husband Jim of Boulder, CO; seven grandchildren Emily, Ethan, and Julia Bautista, Camden and Rory Shultz, and Calvin and Dylan Howe; and a sister Linda Graham of WA. She will always be remembered for her kind heart and her love of Patsy Cline and Christmas Time.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016, 11 am at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, OH. The Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, OH is caring for the local arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
