Catherine Marie Czyzewski, age 88, of Willow Grove Rd., Bellaire, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Belmont Manor Nursing Home in St. Clairsville. She was born June 10, 1917 in St. Joe, Ohio, daughter of the late Albert and Marie Sabol Dovayak.

She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Neffs and a member of the Catholic Women?s Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley J. Czyzewski; three sisters, Margaret Kolenich, Helen Kemna and Annie Dovayak; and two brothers, John and Joe Dovayak.

Surviving are her children, Stanley R. Czyzewski of Germantown, Maryland and Mary Catherine "Cathy" Perito of Jacksonville, Florida; two grandchildren, Melissa Lomis of Triangle, Virginia and Kris Perito of Jacksonville, Florida; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with a vigil service scheduled at 6 p.m. on Friday. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Neffs, with Father Gary Zalenski the celebrant. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville.
