Catherine Frances Coen, 94, of Bellaire, OH passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at her home.  She was born January 24, 1929 in Heidleburg, KY., a daughter of the late William Henry and Sally Addison Garretson.

Catherine retired from Wheeling Clinic as a Registered Nurse for 24 years, a member of Wheeling Hospital Alumni and a graduate of the Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing class of 1951.  She was a member of St. John Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Russell Coen, Sr.

Surviving are her children, Jesse T. (Linda) Coen, Thomas R. Coen, Jr. both of Bellaire, Catherine L. (Judah) Hungerman of Florida, Susie Jo Coen of Bellaire and Sarah (Dean) Loy of Bannock, OH; 10 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 7-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, OH with funeral services on Monday at noon with Rabbi Judah Hungerman officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
