Carter Levi Clingerman, 10 years old, of Steubenville, Ohio, died at home on September 6, 2026.

He was born in Frankfort, Indiana on June 22, 2016, a son of Steven Micheal Ingram and Heather Clingerman.

Carter was a fun-loving child who was currently a fourth-grade student in the Indian Creek Hills Elementary School in Mingo Junction, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Amel Ingram Sr, great-great grandmother, Janice Kirby and great uncles, Jody Ingram and Rick Ingram.

Carter is survived by his father, Steven Ingram; his stepmom who has helped raise him, Jasmine Creech; his mother, Heather Clingerman Raymond; grandparents, Paula Ingram, Scott Wallace, Wesley Ingram, Carol and Jeff Campbell; great grandmas, Carol Bivens and Dianna Smith; great-great grandma, Etta Brobont; his brothers, Paxton, Damodius, Jayden and Jaxon; sister, Royalty; aunts and uncles, Brooke Ingram, Shawn Ingram, Ashley Suto and Jennifer Clingerman; many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Saturday from 12 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m., with Pastor Kris Bright officiating.
