Obituary
Carolyn June "Kay" "Grandma Kay" Loew, 61 of Shadyside, Ohio died Saturday, February 21, 2009.
She was born November 23, 1947 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Clarence Carrell Glass and Ruth Adele Nelson Glass.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Loew; a daughter, Jody Crow.
Surviving are a daughter, Josie Loew of Jacobsburg; a son, Chad Loew of St. Clairsville; brothers, Frank Glass of Shadyside and Kevin Glass of Powhatan Point; sisters, Adele Harrigan of Powhatan Point, Alice Perkins of Shadyside, Pam Williams of Dilles Bottom, and Roxane Palmer of Jacobsburg; 8 grandchildren, Brian, Cameron, Gianna, Izzy, Devin, Miya, Dio, and Baileigh.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial follows in Powhatan Cemetery.
