Flowers, Carolyn K., 60 of Centerville, Ohio died Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.

She was born August 5, 1952 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Stanley Miernik and Helen Munjas Miernik.

Carolyn was a former employee of Longhorn Steak House and Red Lobster, and a member of Warnock Community Church.

Surviving are her husband, Mike Flowers; a son, Michael Flowers of Martins Ferry; daughters, Miki (Jason) Maxwell of Triadelphia, WV., and Summer (Jay) Sustik of Smithfield, Ohio; a sister, Mary Ann (Don) Greenlee of North Carolina; five grandchildren, Eric Flowers, Erin, Jackie, and Maggie Maxwell, and Kaylee Sustik; she is also survived by her beloved dog, Inga.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Diane Jefchak officiating. Burial follows in Powhatan Cemetery.
