Caroline "Toots" Schnegg, 90 of Clark Avenue, St. Clairsville died Sunday, May 9, 2004 at Belmont Manor, St. Clairsville.

She was born at Provident on January 22, 1914 a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Sikora Kanopsic.

Toots was a retired employee of Belmont Hills Country Club, a homemaker and member of East Richland Friends Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Albert, Andy, John, Joe, Frank and Charlie Kanopsic and sisters Nellie Stefan, Barbara Ferkol, Sophie Klush and Mary Bruch.

She is survived by her husband George Paul Schnegg.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
