Carl Wayne Brown, 83, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died December 9, 2020 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born December 11, 1936 in St. Clairsville, a son of the late Alfred Brown and Mary Debo Brown.

Carl was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel's Martins Ferry plant. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Carl was a 1954 St. Clairsville High School graduate; a member of the Cave Club in Wheeling and former member of the St. Clairsville Lions Club.

Surviving are his loving wife, Karen Jordan Brown; two children, Tracey (Mike) Androsko and Brian (Lisa Kucera) Brown; a stepson, Joe Ingle; two grandchildren, Brandi (Justin) Crosby and Michael Androsko; two great grandchildren, Sean and Breyden Crosby; two sisters, Carley (Robert) Balvin and Darlene (Valgene) Balvin; a brother, Eugene Brown; nieces and nephews; two dogs, Iszzy and Molly.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private services will be held at the convenience of the family with social distancing and facial coverings required. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
