Bruce Michael Kinser, 59 of Rayland, Ohio died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in Germantown, MD.

He was born April 3, 1956 in Logan, WV., a son of Nola Marie Jeffery Kinser and the late Gene Austin Kinser.

He was a former employee of AEP Windsor Powerhouse Coal, Consolidation Coal Company's McElroy mine, and a Licensed Practical Nurse for several years. He was baptized in the waters behind Parsley Bottom Free Will Baptist Church in Lenore, WV.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Chapmanville, WV; are his wife, Rhonda Kinser; five children, Summer Kinser of Wheeling, WV., Elijah Kinser of Damascus, MD., Rebbecca (Andrew) Essex of Pickerington, OH., Brandon Balwanz of Rixeyville, VA., and Maggie Brewer of Yorkville, OH; a sister, Sandra Kinser Goble of Inez, KY; four brothers, Terry Kinser of Chapmanville, WV., Ray Kinser of Wheeling, WV., Darrell Kinser of Wheeling, WV., and Dwayne Kinser of Chapmanville, WV; five grandchildren, Madison Cox, Chad Balwanz, Brock Brewer, Lillian Essex, and Luciana Essex.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Monday at 12 Noon in the First Christian Church, 1343 National Rd., Wheeling, WV. With Rev. Joaquin Ooten officiating.
