Bruce A. Balcar, 71, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died April 20, 2016.
He was born on July 7, 1944 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of the late Frank A. Balcar and Lenor Walter Balcar.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Betty Kupski Balcar, their three children, Scott Balcar (Annette), St. Clairsville, Todd Balcar (Connie Clutter), Bethlehem, West Virginia, and Andrew Balcar, St. Clairsville, nine grandchildren, two brothers, Paul (Linda) Balcar of St. Clairsville and Mark Balcar of St. Clairsville, and two sisters, Barbara Balcar of Palm Beach, Florida and Karen (Jack) McGraw of Taylors, S.C.
Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday, April 30th from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m., with Pastor Joel Traylor II officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Clairsville High School boys' and girls' soccer teams.
