Obituary
Bonnie Jean Rinkes, 83, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Friday, January 27, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
She was born August 21, 1933 in Blaine, Ohio, a daughter of the late Walter Sneddon and Helen Mortz Sneddon.
Bonnie was a former employee of Belmont National Bank, Ohio Valley Medical Center, Frank M. Powell Petroleum, and Belmont County Community Action Commission. She was a member and Elder of the former Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church, and Order of the Eastern Star member.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Szilagyi; a sister-in-law, Mildred Sneddon.
Surviving are her husband, Richard E. "Whitey" Rinkes; two daughters, Jan Rinkes of Arizona, and Jerri Ullom of St. Clairsville; a brother, Walter L. Sneddon of Powell, Ohio;three grandchildren, Rod Alwine, Todd (Davette) Alwine, and Corey (Mary Smith) Ullom; five great grandchildren, Dylan, Hailey, Calystah, Giannah, and Blaze.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m.
Burial will be held at a later date in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
