Bonnie Sue Maffe, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Cumberland Point Nursing Home, St. Clairsville.  She was born May 15, 1948 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of the late John Norman and Helen Lucille Meager Fitch.

Bonnie was a retired Registered Nurse for the former Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling.  She was a graduate of the OVMC School of Nursing and a member of Brooks Run United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star serving as  Deputy Grand Matron in District 15.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Edward Maffe in 2008; a brother, Jack Fitch.

Surviving are a son, Chad Maffe of St. Clairsville; two granddaughters, Natalie J. (Alex Hibbitts) Maffe of St. Clairsville and Danielle (Zackary) Barnes of Martins Ferry, Ohio; three great grandchildren, Jagger Gabel, Linkyn Mallory and Kennedy Hibbitts.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 11 am until time of funeral services at 2 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Bishop Michael Tolliver officiating.  Burial will follow in New Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.
