Bonnie R. Heil, 70, of St. Clairsville, OH died Monday, December 13, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital.  Bonnie was born July 31, 1951 in Marietta, OH., a daughter of the late Wade C. and Evagene Winland McKelvey.

Bonnie was retired from Siligan Plastics and was a member of the NRA, and Jobes Daughters.

Bonnie enjoyed shopping, gambling, music and especially retirement.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her life partner, Linda Y. Wise Stapp in 2018; two brothers, David McKelvey and Greg McKelvey; her twin sister, Connie McGee.

Surviving are her son, Chad (Bridget) Heil of Mansfield, OH., two daughters, Kimberly Stapp-Jones of Midway, OH., and Kathy Baugh of Flushing, OH; seven grandchildren, Tori Sigler, Race Heil, Addison Heil, Justin Stapp, Dalton Rouse, Lindsay Baugh, Camden Baugh; nine great-grandchildren, Jessica, Justine, Jobe, Saint, Ayla, Bentley, Mackenlee, Barrett and Peyton.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 3 pm until time of service at 6:30 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.  Burial in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville at the convenience of the family.
