Bobby Eugene "Bob" Moore, 72, of Belmont, Ohio died August 27, 2020 at his home.

He was born June 9, 1948 in Barnesville, Ohio, a son of the late Harry M. Moore and Inez Jenewein Moore.

Bob retired as the purchasing agent from Ohio Valley Coal Company and was proud to be a coal miner. He also was the owner and operator of Moore Metal Buildings. Bob was a 1967 graduate of Union Local High School and he was a member of East Richland Friends Church.  He was dedicated to his work and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years, Linda M. Amos Moore; three children, Rob D. Moore and his fiancée Sherry, Scott R. Moore and his wife Mandi, and Lindsey M. Wilson and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Cailey Briana Moore, Lucy Caroline Moore, Raegan Alayna Moore, Nia Elise Moore, Laila Capri Moore, Lane Archer Wilson, Nicholas Hellmann, Brianna Rose, Brody Wilson, and Sophia Wilson; a sister, Brenda Lou Murray; a brother, Louis Edward Moore; nieces and nephews.

At Bob's request there will be no public services. A private service will be at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
