Blanche Marie Workman, 72, of Jacobsburg, Ohio died August 31, 2021, in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born June 16, 1949 in St. Clairsville, Ohio, a daughter of the late John T. Hines and Edna Estella Underwood Hines.

Blanche was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Harbor of Hope Assembly of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Randy McGilton Sr. and two brothers, Delbert R. Bumgardner and John Wayne Hines.

Blanche is survived by her Best Friend and husband of 54 years, Richard G. Workman; two daughters, Misty Heath and Sandra Hayes; four grandchildren, Randy, Randell, Rhandella McGilton and Jessie Morris; two brothers, Ronald Bumgardner and Robert Hines; five sisters, Edna Collins, Linda Palmer, Wanda Ferrell, Doris McGary and Sally Erelenwein; and many nieces and nephews.

At the request of the family facial coverings will be required.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.  Visitation will also be held at Harbor of Hope Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. with Pastor Dean Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Harbor of Hope Assembly of God, Parking Lot Fund.
