Billy Miller, 88, formerly of Joella Drive in St. Clairsville, was born Dec. 15, 1930 and died Dec. 23, 2018.

Billy was a former member of St. Clairsville Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Steele Underwood Miller; a stepdaughter, Karen Dunfee; brothers and sister.

Surviving are son, Paul Miller; daughters, Connie Bleicher; Kathy Maraldo; a stepdaughter, Dana (Ray) Ramsay of Belmont; Philip Dunfee of Flushing; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren, Kristen (Mike) Higgenbotham and David (Joy) Dunfee; 3 step-great grandsons, Matthew and Jacob Dunfee and Dylan Higgenbotham; and a brother.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 2nd from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Brad Schrum officiating. Private burial will be in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
