Beverly Ann Watson (Mann Morgan), 77, of Flushing, Ohio, died Thursday, February 5, 2026, in Cumberland Pointe Care Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

She was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on May 28, 1948, a daughter of the late Naomi Virginia Knight Watson and Everett Dale Watson Jr.

Beverly was a retired employee of Community Action Committee of Belmont County and former employee of the Health Plan of the Upper Ohio Valley. She was a member of the East Richland Friends Church and a member of the Flushing Senior Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Harry “Buddy” Watson; a great granddaughter, Kori Nicole.

Beverly is survived by a son, Tim (Lori) Mann of Flushing; four grandchildren, Timothy (Ashley) Mann, Dale Mann, Craig Mann and Travis (Madie) Mann; great grandchildren, Dani, Aubri, Brody, Lyndi, Payton and Laiken Mann; sister-in-law, Mary Watson; a friend, Susan Twarog; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4 p.m., with Pastor Nathan McKeen officiating. The burial will follow in Unionport Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Flushing Senior Center.
