Beverly Jane Milton, 85, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born March 31, 1938 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Mildred Richardson Hess.

Beverly was a retired manager of the Amphibious Base Federal Credit Union and a Methodist by faith.  She enjoyed volunteering for several years at the House of the Carpenter, and especially loved the Christmas Kids Program.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rev. Randy Cetorelli.

Surviving are her husband, Lester R. Milton of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Sheryl (Curtis) Clark of Steubenville, Ohio; two sons, Mark (Debbie) Milton of California, Maryland and Jeff (Wilma) Milton of Billings, Montana; a sister, Rita (Grieg) Border of Wilmington, North Carolina; five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

As per her wishes, no visitation or services are planned.
