Beverly Lynn Czelusniak, 69, of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Trinity Health, St. Clairsville. She was born September 25, 1956, in Peoria, Illinois, a daughter of the late Lincoln Louis and Hazel Tate Smith.

Beverly was a retired waitress and a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by Peter Czelusniak and a brother, Craig Smith.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Whitney) Czelusniak and Carrie Seward; two grandchildren, Amanda (Charles) Kulazenka and Carter Czelusniak; and two great grandchildren, MacKenzie McGill and Ezra Kulazenka.

As per her wishes no visitation or funeral services are planned.
