Beverly E. Costa, 72, of St. Clairsville, died June 16, 2018 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born October 3, 1945 in Warnock, Ohio daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy Brocklehurst Parish.

Beverly was a retired beautician and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Darla Wright.

Surviving are her husband, Edward H. Costa; two daughters, Stacey Kozlowski of Connecticut and Candice Stiverson of Columbus; a sister, Marilyn Pubal of St. Clairsville; a brother, Ralph "Bud" Parish of Texas; three grandchildren, Casey Kozlowski, Jonah and Evan Stiverson.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family with arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
