BERNOSKY, Beulah I., 79, of Dilles Bottom, died on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville.

She was born in Jacobsburg, Ohio, on June 29, 1932, daughter of the late Dwight Hamilton Christy and Estella Willison Christy.

Beulah was a retired employee from Marx Toy Factory and former employee of Ohio Edison. She was a graduate of Wheeling College and graduate of Centerville High School. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Shadyside and Moundsville Eagles.

She is survived by her first husband, Roy Charles Rankin of Shadyside; a daughter, Connie Jo (Mark) Miller of Shadyside; a son, Roy Dennis (Brenda) Rankin of Shadyside; two sisters, Shirley Geneva Crall of Florida and Vera Marie Wallace of St. Clairsville; three grandchildren, Melissa Jo (Ryan) Petschel, Michael York Rankin and Jason (Tonya) Palmer; five great grandchildren, Macie Jo Wolf, Lexi Palmer, Chase Palmer, Dillon Palmer and Nicole Petschel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Stanley J. Bernosky; a son, York Alvin Rankin; 5 brothers, Carl Donald Christy, Bernard William Christy, Merritt Alvin Christy, Kenneth Robert Christy, Denzil Martin Christy and Guy Dale Christy; a sister, Helen I. Beck.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, where services will be held on Saturday at 12 (Noon) with Rev. Randy Weaver officiating.

Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
