Betty Lou Weeks, 94, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Liza's Place, Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born March 26, 1930, in Crofton, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Will Francis Teasley and Margaret Ora Boyd-Hamby.

Betty was a co-owner of the former Ponderosa Restaurant in Shadyside and a retired nurse's aid at Good Shephard Nursing Home. She enjoyed sewing, hosting pizza parties at her house, and spending quality time with her family. She was a Protestant by faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Weeks, Sr. in 2014; two brothers, and three sisters.

Betty is survived by her children, James Robert (Molly) Weeks, Jr. of Orlando, Florida, Kathleen (Andrew) Kazmirski of Shadyside, Ohio, John Richard (Nancy) Weeks of Orlando, Florida, Lynda (Robert) Williams of Shadyside, Ohio, and Lisa (Terry) Davis of Bellaire, Ohio; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Private services will be held on Monday at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with burial in Rock Hill Cemetery, Bellaire with Pastor Eric White officiating.
