Betty Jean Yoho Luyster, 73, of Belmont, Ohio died January 25, 2020 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born October 3, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of the late James Pearson Yoho and Betty Jean Hendershot Yoho.

Betty was a nurse's assistant and a homemaker.  She loved her children, and grandchildren and being with family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Pamela Stromski and Patty Hersey and a brother, Jim Yoho.

Surviving are her children, Michelle Herbert, Patrick Luyster, Heiddi Carson, Heather Myers and Terri Cox; her companion Donald Carson; a brother, John Yoho; nine grandchildren, Clorisa Tanner, Amber DePasquale, Vincent Stevens, Ashley Baker, Megan Ledger, Cord Luyster, Cody Mollendick, Kristie Stidd and Casey Carson; and seventeen great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Joe Thornton officiating.  Burial will follow in Longview Cemetery in New Athens, Ohio.
