KING, Betty Lou Brown, 72, passed away December 21, 2011 at her home in Casa Grande, Arizona.
She was born on June 5, 1939 in Belmont, Ohio, Union Twp., daughter of the late Paul and Mary Lovy Brown.
Betty was a retired employee of Tektronix Inc., Silicon Valley, California.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her brother, James Brown and a sister, Helen (Brown) Parsons.
Surviving are her loving husband, Jess King; 5 step daughters; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Betty moved to Casa Grande, Arizona in 2004 from Morgan Hill, California. She loved her home and had a major passion for design décor, colors and landscaping. She also enjoyed boating, camping and backpacking. Betty loved to travel and had seen much of the United States and several European nations.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 from 6 to 9 p.m., where Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating and Interment in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Betty battled Breast Cancer for 13 years. Donations to your local cancer society would be appreciated.
