Betty Ann Hodgson, 74, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born December 14, 1949 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ross Arthur and Nora Ellen Palmer Brown.

Betty was homemaker and a Christian by faith.  Betty enjoyed word search puzzles and watching birds, but most of all, her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Hodgson; a son, Brian Hodgson; brothers, Gerald Brown, Donald Brown, Arthur Eugene Brown, Kenneth Dale Brown and Ronald Brown; sisters, Rose Mary Ramsey and her twin sister, Bonnie Brown.

Surviving are her children, Shelley (Zach) Heath, Clint (Ilicia) Hodgson, Crystal Taylor, Tamara Jarrell, Tonya English; four grandchildren, Shania Heath, Brian Hodgson, Anthony Bowen and Cody Leach; a sister, Virginia Pastva.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 4 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
