Betty W. Hindman, 86 of Hindman Rd., St. Clairsville, Ohio died Wednesday, November 15, 2006.

She was born December 14, 1919 in Wheeling, West Virginia, daughter of the late William Danhart and Velva Hastings Danhart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Hindman; sisters, Virginia Wallace, Marjorie Mackey, and Ruthie Danhart; brothers, William and Henry Danhart.

Surviving are her children, John W. Hindman of Wakeman, Ohio, Betty Hutzell and her husband James of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, Carolyn J. Hindman of St. Clairsville, Nancy J. Hindman of Benwood, West Virginia, Ronald Dennis Hindman and his wife Cherie of St. Clairsville; sisters, Dorothy Tustin of Valley Grove, West Virginia and Peggy DiCarlo of Lorain, Ohio; a brother David Danhart of Wheeling, West Virginia; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m., where services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Harry Croft officiating. Burial follows in Belmont County Memorial Park in St. Clairsville.
